Shipping policy

Local Delivery

A local delivery fee of $12.50 will be charged. 

For local delivery, your gift will be delivered between 9am - 5pm, on your specified date. If you require delivery during a certain time frame please ensure you ask if this is possible prior to placing an order. 

Monday - Friday: We deliver Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm. Orders placed before 11am during Monday - Friday can be delivered on the same day if required.

Saturday: We deliver Saturdays betwen 10am - 2pm. Orders placed before 11am Saturday can be delivered on the same day if required. Our website may be closed some Saturdays.

Sunday: We don’t deliver on Sunday.

Please state your preferred delivery date when checking out. (Please note the correct date format is Month/Day/Year)

If no one is home to receive the gift, we will judge whether or not it is safe to leave at the premises. If it is not safe to leave, we will take it back to The Hamper Co. shop until we can make contact with either the customer who placed the order or the recipient. 

For special occasions (such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day & Christmas) that possibly fall on a Sunday, all gifts will be delivered on Saturday. 

Australia Wide Shipping

An Express Shipping fee of $25 will be charged. 

Our hampers are all sent express post within 24 hours of your order being placed. This express post fee includes an Australia Post large box and shipping.

Unfortunately once the hamper has been posted, it is out of our hands regarding when your package may arrive. Please ensure you allow approx 1 - 2 weeks for your package to arrive.
